Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLM landscape including proprietary and open-source models and trade-offs
• Deep expertise in modern GenAI stack including RAG, agents, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Strong foundations in ML and deep learning including distributed training, GPU workloads and MLOps
• Proficiency in Python and ML ecosystem (PyTorch/Transformers, MLflow, Spark)
• Experience with Databricks platform including Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search, Unity Catalog
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Excellent communication and consultative skills with engineers and executives
• Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
• Comfort operating at startup pace with fast iteration
