Requirements
- Proven record as lead technical figure on large global enterprise account or as enterprise/chief architect
- 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, ML or AI architecture with customer-facing leadership
- Experience leading virtual teams without direct authority across architects, delivery and partners
- Experience designing large-scale data platforms and migrations from legacy warehouses
- Experience with enterprise governance, security and audit-ready GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 environments
- Experience with enterprise-scale SAP data integration (BW, S/4HANA) and semantic harmonisation
- Excellent communicator from boardroom to engineering floor with clear written thinking
- Professional English required, Dutch a plus
