Requirements

• 5+ years managing a customer-facing technical team
• Led pre-sales or post-sales technical talent (DSA, SA, TAM or equivalent)
• Track record putting data and AI workloads into production at scale
• Familiar with financial services use cases in banking, capital markets, insurance or asset management
• Bias for building systems and growing people, not just running them
• Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Able to travel up to 30% when needed
