- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles with 3+ years leading technical teams
- Success enabling production workloads in regulated HLS or GxP/HIPAA environments
- Knowledge of Lakehouse architectures, data governance and secure ML operations
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python/Scala and distributed data systems
- Track record with ETL modernization, analytics, streaming and AI/ML productionization
- Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP including security and compliance controls
- Ability to manage escalations, forecast usage and lead cross-functional delivery
