Requirements

• 2+ years managing teams that build and operate systems in a SaaS environment
• 5+ years with distributed systems, platforms and services
• Experience scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+
• Strong track record hiring and retaining top engineering talent
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple locations
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
• Collaborative team player working with PM, CS and engineering teams
