Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS or hands-on engineering/consulting
• Track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams
• Strong collaboration skills partnering with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional leaders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science, customer-facing preferred
• Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies tied to business outcomes
• Fluent Japanese required; business-level English strongly preferred
