Requirements

• 3+ years building and leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding and coaching
• 7+ years in the Data + AI space with a technical product
• Deep understanding of business impact Data + AI can drive across industries
• Trusted advisor to technical executives guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions
• Skilled leading technical qualification, proof of concepts, architecture reviews and demos
• Experience hiring, ramping, promoting and managing performance of pre-sales talent
• Foster positive team culture and partnership across Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success
• Able to influence and review complex scalable architectures
