Requirements

• Proven track record building, coaching and scaling technical pre-sales teams
• Background as practitioner or technical consultant in enterprise Data/AI or cloud
• Understanding of consumption-driven SaaS, pipeline management and MEDDPICC
• Ability to review and influence multi-cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong whiteboarding, storytelling and executive communication skills
• Professional fluency in English and fluency in Polish preferred
