Requirements
- 2+ years leadership experience building and guiding teams
- Expertise designing complex large-scale solutions in healthcare and life sciences
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7, FHIR and DICOM
- Familiarity with genomics, bioinformatics, clinical trials, drug discovery and precision medicine
- Experience in senior pre-sales or post-sales roles in Big Data, Cloud or SaaS
- Player-coach comfortable leading and contributing to production-quality projects
- Experience scaling and mentoring field teams at hyper-growth speed
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM or MSc desirable
