Requirements

• 4+ years leading high-performing technical delivery or professional services teams
• 5+ years as solutions architect or data/AI engineer
• Track record leading large-scale data migrations and AI/ML programs in enterprise
• Strong grasp of SOW-based delivery, scope, timelines and services metrics
• Skilled at stakeholder management in high-stakes, C-suite environments
• Familiar with Databricks, Spark, MLflow, Delta Lake or modern data/AI ecosystem
• Able to travel to customers and offices ~20% of time
