- 7+ years of strategy & operations experience including investment banking, strategy consulting, FP&A, business operations, Enterprise/Mid-Market SaaS
- Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems
- Ability to summarize complex concepts and data and present clear information to executives and teams
- Data expert: querying and scoping (SQL, Databricks, BigQuery), analysis (Excel), summarizing and reporting (dashboards, repositories)
- Process expert: envision E2E process change, drive agreement, document requirements, guide execution with IT, perform UAT and report progress
- Proficient in BI and sales tools such as Salesforce and Tableau
- Passion for building and working in a high-performance global team with customer service mindset
