- Hands-on production-scale experience in at least two: Big Data, ML/AI, Data Science/Streaming
- Spark expertise is a strong advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Strong ownership mindset thriving in fast-paced startup-like environments
