Partner Enablement Operations Manager

Requirements

• 10+ years in Learning Operations, Program Management, Professional Services Operations or related operational leadership in high-growth tech
• Proven experience supporting global or multi-region teams and translating strategy into executable plans
• Demonstrated ownership of operating cadence, forecasting, planning and execution frameworks in matrixed environments
• Strong analytical skills turning data into executive insights and measurable business outcomes
• Track record reducing manual effort and increasing scale through automation or AI-enabled solutions
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
• Ability to work independently across time zones in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
