Requirements

• 3+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering or similar hands-on data/AI role
• Heavy hands-on production experience with Databricks data engineering and analytics
• Strong SQL and Python with production data pipeline experience
• Experience building dashboards, semantic/metric layers and metric definitions
• Experience building AI applications or agentic workflows
• Daily hands-on use of AI code-gen and app-building tools
• Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous situations
