Requirements

• 3+ years as paralegal, program manager, contracts specialist or contracts admin
• Experience leveraging AI or machine learning in a legal setting
• Experience with pre-sales, sales operations and/or deal desk
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of in-house commercial contracting process and tools
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across cultures
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with proposal management software
