Requirements

• Program management or paralegal experience in a fast-paced in-house tech company or tech-focused law firm
• Familiarity with legal concepts and the software development lifecycle
• Experience or strong interest in AI productivity and coding tools and JIRA for operations
• Proven ability to work independently with full accountability and drive solutions to completion
• Strong project and compliance management, tracking regulatory changes and schedules
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior counsel and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical operational experience
