Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting in software / Data / AI, ideally for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture or Field Engineering
• Track record scaling teams at a high-growth company while hiring fast without dropping the bar
• High energy, grit and relentless work ethic with strong ownership and bias for action
• AI builder mindset, curious about technology and credible with deeply technical candidates
• Comfort with chaos, ruthless prioritization and thriving under pressure
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders with data
• Creative, resourceful sourcing approach beyond obvious channels
