Scale Solution Engineer (Japanese-speaking; English required)

Customer-obsessed problem solver early in a data or cloud career who loves guiding onboarding and helping users succeed. Organized, communicative in Japanese and English, and energized by juggling multiple customers at once.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience
• 2+ years experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud
• Knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Python, Scala, or SQL
• Knowledge of end-to-end data analytics workflow
• Hands-on experience with data engineering or warehousing technologies
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
