Requirements

• Experience building GenAI applications including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL and fine-tuning
• Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications including evaluation and optimization
• Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with common ML and data science tools
• Experience building production-grade ML deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Native-level fluency in Japanese with professional working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel to customers every 4-8 weeks as needed
