Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical leadership and impact
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including 2+ years managing managers
• Staff-level IC background with full-stack experience including back-end
• Proven experience scaling engineering teams from 10 to 30+ engineers
• Track record building and scaling consumer-facing products from 0 to 1
• Experience designing scalable, distributed, customer-facing SaaS systems
• Strong ability to align technical strategy with growth across product and GTM partners
