Requirements

• 3+ years people leadership experience as a manager
• 12+ years in IT with Software Engineering background in Data Engineering
• Experience leading engineering, technical support, or consulting teams
• Hands-on production-scale experience in at least two Big Data, ML/AI, or streaming areas
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across distributed systems
• Customer-facing experience and ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
