Requirements

• BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• 6-8 years general accounting experience with 4+ years in payroll accounting
• CA or CPA equivalent strongly preferred
• Experience with equity compensation accounting (RSUs, options, ESPP) a plus
• Experience supporting statutory audits and collaborating across time zones
• Exposure to complex payroll jurisdictions like Netherlands, Brazil, France, Germany, India
• Hands-on cloud accounting systems experience with strong US GAAP knowledge
• Interest in driving automation and AI adoption in accounting operations
