Senior Payroll Analyst

Requirements

• 5-7 years of payroll processing experience in Asia region
• Experience working for a multinational high-growth company
• Solid understanding of statutory payroll requirements including taxes, social security and government reporting
• Experience with Workday Payroll or similar HRIS/payroll system
• Intermediate Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and formulas to analyse and reconcile payroll data
• Familiarity with case management tools, SLAs and metrics
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners in HR, Finance and external vendors
