Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of production software development experience with full-stack proficiency
• Strong experience with Python building production full-stack applications
• Experience designing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with data engineering building ETL/ELT pipelines
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with SaaS platforms or service-oriented architectures
• Experience with security and sensitive data including identity management and access control
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with AI/ML tooling, LLM integrations and MCP servers
• Experience mentoring other engineers
