- Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present a convincing point-of-view
- Technical background in big data, data science and cloud
- Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
- Databricks Certification is a plus
- Able to travel to customers in region up to 30% of the time
