Requirements

• 4+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or hands-on network architecture role
• Expertise in cloud security, IAM, encryption, compliance and identity federation (SCIM, OAuth, SAML, OIDC)
• Expertise in enterprise cloud networking, VPC/VNet design, private connectivity and large-scale deployments
• Experience with platform administration including HA, disaster recovery, observability and cost management
• Hands-on infrastructure automation with Terraform and cloud-native IaC tooling
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and PySpark/Spark including live coding and debugging
• Solid grounding in distributed data systems, scalable pipelines, streaming and lakehouse patterns
• Proficiency on Databricks platform with developing specialization (e.g. streaming, ML/AI, governance)
• Ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders via whiteboarding and design reviews
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth
• Excellent communication skills translating complex architectures into business outcomes
