- Expertise in GPU performance including accelerator architecture, interconnects, and kernels
- Strong understanding of training resilience patterns like checkpointing and automatic recovery
- Background building and running multi-tenant cloud platforms as products
- Track record setting technical direction across teams to business impact
- Credibility to align teams on trade-offs and mentor senior engineers
- BS in Computer Science or related field, MS or PhD preferred
