Requirements

• Experience with Lucene/Elasticsearch, embeddings, and ranking algorithms
• Experience building evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop and LLM-based, to measure relevance
• Knowledge of relevance metrics including nDCG, MRR, and Precision@K
• Ability to apply traditional Information Retrieval wisdom to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
