Requirements

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in technical support or engineering for Databricks, cloud data platforms, or big data technologies
• Deep understanding of Databricks architecture and Apache Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong capabilities designing and managing data pipelines and distributed computing
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Skills in log analysis and monitoring tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience managing high-impact customer interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
