Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant technology transactions experience at a law firm and/or in-house
• Significant experience drafting, negotiating and closing complex sell-side SaaS and cloud transactions
• Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences or regulated industries with HIPAA and business associate agreements
• Familiarity with data privacy, information security, intellectual property and open source software
• Experience advising on AI-related contract terms and data use provisions
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated negotiations and translate risk into practical advice
• Strong communication and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple matters
• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
