Requirements

• 8+ years at nationally-recognized law firm, public company or both
• J.D. from top-tier law school
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• Substantial experience in corporate governance, securities law, SEC reporting or IPO readiness
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship building
• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment
• Self-starter able to operate independently and engage senior management
• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and cross-functional project skills
