Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, professional services, data engineering, or related senior technical role
• Demonstrated experience leading technical strategy and architecture for high-value or highly complex customer environments
• Experience navigating complex programs across multiple business units, product areas, geographies, or workstreams
• Deep expertise in one or more Data and AI domains with strong knowledge of distributed data systems and cloud architectures
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or similar languages
• Experience designing secure, governed, scalable, production-ready architectures across cloud and enterprise environments
• Ability to solve complex technical problems using first-principles thinking, structured analysis, and experimentation
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and executive audiences and de-escalate complex situations
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management with ability to orchestrate teams without formal authority
• Track record of driving customer adoption, consumption, and measurable business outcomes through technical leadership
• Experience creating reusable technical frameworks, assets, or programs that extend impact beyond individual engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Full professional proficiency in Japanese is mandatory
