Requirements

• Experience managing, hiring and building high-performing data scientist and ML engineer teams and leaders
• Ability to scope, guide and sell technical engagements and manage escalations to ensure enterprise delivery
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI and data science with continued learning mindset
• Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven success partnering with senior executive stakeholders to define program goals and build trust
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership collaborating with Sales, Product and GTM teams
• Company-first mindset
• Graduate degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred: customer-facing consulting or professional services leadership experience
• Preferred: experience working with Databricks
