Requirements

• 5+ years managing backend, infrastructure, or platform teams of 7 to 15 engineers
• Strong distributed systems and infrastructure background with multi-cloud or multi-region deployments
• Hands-on leadership staying close to code, design reviews, and AI-assisted coding tools
• Track record managing, growing, and retaining high-performing teams
• Comfortable partnering with senior+ engineers on design, roadmap, and cross-team execution
• Operational experience owning high-availability platform with on-call and incident response
• Product thinking for developers with taste for safety versus velocity tradeoffs
• BS in Computer Science, Masters or higher preferred
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for U.S. employment
