Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud or SaaS, or hands-on engineering/consulting background
• Track record coaching and developing diverse high-performing teams
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing and cross-functional leaders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in Data Engineering, Databases or Data Science, customer-facing experience preferred
• Passion for data, AI and cloud and connecting them to business outcomes
