Requirements

• 5+ years of product design work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Interaction Design, graphic design, computer science or related field
• Experience shipping great digital products end-to-end from idea to GA
• Demonstrated ability to lead large complex design projects balancing diverse stakeholders
• Strong visual and interaction craft rooted in data-driven, well-researched UX process
• System thinker able to design big picture and break down for incremental delivery
• Comfortable talking to strategic customers in key decision-making positions
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process
