Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience leading specialized, highly technical or zero-to-one enterprise and internal initiatives
• Deep background in HR and people-process functions including hiring, talent acquisition, employee experience and performance management
• Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of agentic automation, LLM orchestration and AI-driven workflows
• Demonstrated ability to own a product domain end-to-end and link automation outcomes to scaling and employee experience goals
• Strong understanding of advanced data platforms, user-centered design, data-informed development and governance such as RBAC/ABAC
• Highly comfortable leading through extreme ambiguity and managing complex stakeholder landscapes
