- 5+ years full-stack development experience with Python and React.js
- Proven record designing, building and deploying at least 1 production AI agent or LLM app
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and tools/plugins
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph including ReAct reasoning patterns
- Experience with observability, logging and tracing for AI agents
- Experience building large-scale enterprise-grade applications
- Strong API integration experience with REST/GraphQL
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving, system design and cross-layer integration skills
- Ownership mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
