Requirements

• 5+ years in data platforms, analytics, or cloud architecture including public sector in Japan
• Proven ability to build trust with senior government stakeholders and lead discussions in Japanese
• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing/Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud Architecture
• Experience architecting data and analytics solutions for public sector use cases
• Deep familiarity with Japan public sector decision-making and delivery models including SIs
• Excellent communication skills translating mission and policy needs into technical approaches
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
