Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering or data science including customer-facing work
• Track record of shipping LLM and agent systems to production including evaluation, monitoring and cost management
• Deep knowledge of agent architecture including tool use, MCP, memory, multi-agent orchestration and retrieval design
• Strong experience evaluating GenAI systems including tracing, LLM-as-judge, evaluation datasets and observability
• Hands-on with at least one modern agent framework such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK or DSPy
• Solid understanding of foundation-model landscape and trade-offs across quality, latency, cost and data residency
• Strong grounding in classical ML and MLOps including deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management at scale
• Strong software engineering skills in Python and SQL with daily use of AI coding assistants
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern data platforms
• Proven ability to influence CTO/CDO-level leaders and explain complex AI topics in business terms
