Requirements

• 12+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems, observability or governance platforms, databases, or backend infrastructure
• Proven track record as a technical leader in complex, multi-stakeholder environments driving long-term architecture with incremental impact
• Deep computer science fundamentals applied to real-world, high-throughput problems
• Experience with observability and telemetry pipelines, query analytics, tracing, metrics, time-series storage, governance, or logging
• Strong cross-functional communication skills aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure partners
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS/PhD a plus)
