Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing web-based video content
• 5+ years at a digital-first brand or agency
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Iconik, Kaltura, OpenReel
• B.A. in film production or similar field or equivalent experience
• Quick decision-making ability under pressure
• Ability to balance competing priorities alone or within a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Great people and communication skills driven to solve problems
