• 12+ years of software engineering experience with track record of technical leadership
• 3+ years of engineering leadership as technical owner for team systems
• Experience designing and building end-to-end full-stack cloud-native applications
• Customer obsession and product engineering mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• History of raising engineering quality bar with operational rigor
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering and business teams
