Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience shipping and improving ML/AI products
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML and LLM systems for real product use cases
• Experience with personalization such as recommendations, targeting, churn or LTV modeling
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks with evaluation and monitoring in production
• Familiarity with LLMs including RAG, prompt design, fine-tuning and evaluation
• Product mindset translating ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterating quickly
• High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments
