• 12+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership impact
• 3+ years engineering leadership as technical owner for team systems
• Proven track record leading a web platform across design systems and rendering frameworks
• Deep hands-on expertise across the full web stack like React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Demonstrated ability to make multi-layer architectural decisions on live production platform
• Experience sequencing frontend framework migrations without disrupting production
• Clear point of view on AI-native software development with track record building toward it
• Familiarity with agentic systems or LLM-powered tooling is a strong plus
• Strong ability to influence technical leaders and drive alignment across stakeholders
