Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience including as tech lead on complex enterprise projects
• Deep knowledge of a major CRM platform: objects, sharing, history, bulk and change-data APIs
• Understanding of rep and manager workflows including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, territories
• Experience shipping production agents with tool use, permissioned writes, human-in-the-loop
• High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments from idea to adoption
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering and design
• Product mindset translating ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterating on feedback
