Requirements

• Experience with Lucene/Elasticsearch, embeddings and ranking algorithms
• Experience building evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop and LLM-based, to measure relevance
• Deep understanding of relevance metrics such as nDCG, MRR and Precision@K
• Interest in applying traditional Information Retrieval (IR) to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
