Requirements

• 8+ years designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Track record of technical leadership as an individual contributor through influence
• Strong hands-on depth designing systems and writing production code
• Experience operating reliability-critical, highly available services including on-call and HA/failover
• Comfortable balancing multi-year vision with incremental delivery and stability
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders on competing priorities
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or similar systems language; PostgreSQL and Kubernetes a plus
• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
