Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B technology
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end product launches across geographies and functions
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high autonomy
• Experience influencing roadmap and prioritization beyond delivery
• Strong communication with engineers and VP/C-level stakeholders
• Track record building scalable processes and operating models
• Experience defining success metrics; SQL or dashboards familiarity is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms, data platforms or developer-facing products preferred
