- 5 years hands-on with two or more Big Data technologies like Spark & Hadoop, Lakehouse, ingestion, streaming or ML/AI
- Around 3 years as technical lead on a Data & AI engineering team resolving critical issues
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Hands-on public cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP preferred
